  • For our Australian friends we are proud to use Australia Post & ePacket to deliver and track your packages
  • For our international friends we use EMS & ePacket to deliver our products, no matter where you are located in the world. 
  • Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible
❤︎ DELIVERY TIME:
  • Processing an order usually takes 2-7 days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 
  • Shipping time is between 1-2 weeks, depending on the product. We are making all efforts to get your items to you as as soon as possible.

  • Australian friends can use Australia Post Tracker to get the most accurate tracking information during transit https://auspost.com.au/
  • International friends can use you local Post Tracker to get the most accurate tracking information during transit. 
  • If you can't find the location of your package, please contact us at myrababyy@outlook.com

❤︎ YOUR PACKAGES:

  • On some occasions we do send our items in seperate packages so you will  get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you.
  • If you have not received multiple tracking numbers and have a missing item in your package, please contact us for help at myrababyy@outlook.com

❤︎ DELIVERY:

  • If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Post office.  You should get delivery updates via text or email from your countries' post office team, depending on which one you have provided us with. 
  • If you don't get any updates within 2 weeks of your postage confirmation email, please contact us at myrababyy@outlook.com

 ❤︎ CORONA VIRUS UPDATE: 

  • We have unfortunately seen a delay in our internationally shipped orders due to the virus.  These delays could bring shipping times to around 6 weeks.  Most shopping is done online now which therefore means that shipping companies are very busy, slowing our postage times down.
  • Please be patient as we are trying to do everything we can to speed up the process for you.
