We accept refunds for:
  1. Items that are damaged or not as described in your order (Please provide us with images to our email if this is the case)
  2. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags on and in original packaging
  3. Items that have been spoken about with us prior to 15 days of arrival at your destination via myrababyy@outlook.com

     We do not accept refunds for:

    1. Items that have already been shipped to you and are in transit (Exception to this is if your package takes more than 6 weeks to arrive).
    2. Items that are damaged, used, missing tags and not in original packaging
    3. Gift cards
    4. Items that have been spoken about with us after 15 days of arrival at your destination via myrababyy@outlook.com
      Items prohibited to send us:
      • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned
      • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned
      • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

      Please email us your:
      1. Receipt/proof of purchase that you received from us
      2. Explanation about why you would like a refund
      3. If damaged, please send us images of this as proof

           Once your return email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

           If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      • If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 working days, please contact us first so we can check if it has been processed for you.
      • If we then find and inform you that it has definitely been processed then please contact your payment company
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at myrababyy@outlook.com

      • We do not accept exchanges so please make sure you have the correct information at the time of your order.
      • If you believe that you are applicable for an exchange due to information error on our part, please contact us at myrababyy@outlook.com

         

        ❤︎ ORDER CORRECTIONS
        • Any change, correction, or addition to an order must be made within 24 hours of the original order.
        • Most orders are processed the day they come in and we cannot guarantee a correction can be made after the order has been sent to our processing team. Your communication is key!

        • If you wish to receive a refund for an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
